Striking conditioning w/ dumbbells for acceleration and power
I use 5lb weights, but it's good to start lower and work towards them. Small correction, we actually do 2 minute rounds with 4 thirty second workouts within that 2 minute round, then you do either jumprope, shadowboxing, or running for about 1 minute or so between these 2 minute rounds. This is definatly a great exercise, I've seen a very big difference in my power and speed.
